Hossein Abbasian Assistant Professor of Educational Administration. He received his Ph.D. in Educational Administration from Shahid Beheshti University of Iran in 2012. Has executive background in business organizations in the field of evaluation and Training needs assessment. The author of several articles and translator of several books on educational Administration. Teaching courses such as Needs Assessment, ،training Evaluation, Organizational Behavior and educational leadership in organizations and institutes of higher education.
